Additional cases when to see an oncologist
  • If you have undergone treatment for any oncological disease, it is recommended to see a specialist at least once every six months or as advised by your doctor.
  • Women over 40-45 years old (non-childbearing women should start at 35-40), and men over 45-50 years old should see an oncologist at least once every six months.
  • If you have been diagnosed with conditions such as intestinal polyposis, mastopathy, or liver cirrhosis.
  • If you have blood relatives who suffer from oncological diseases.
  • If you work in chemical production or in environments with unfavorable ecological conditions (related to dust or gas pollution).
