Frequently asked questions
Is a doctor's referral required for vaccination?
A referral is not required for most vaccines. Before the injection, the clinic's doctor will conduct a brief check-up to ensure there are no contraindications.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
In most cases during working hours we send available options within minutes. Availability of a specific vaccine is confirmed when processing your request.
Can my child get vaccinated?
Yes. Most vaccines on our list are available for children, though the dosing schedule and specific product may differ. Our coordinators will confirm the details when processing your booking.
Will I receive a vaccination certificate?
Yes. The clinic issues medical documentation confirming the vaccination, including an international certificate for vaccines that require one (such as yellow fever).
Will my insurance cover the vaccination?
Coverage depends on your individual policy. Clinics provide standard medical documents and receipts. HealthBali does not provide insurance advice and cannot guarantee reimbursement.
