Legally registered under Indonesian law as a travel services provider, organising Tourist Packages for medical tourism (biro perjalanan wisata).
Registered Electronic System (PSE)
HealthBali Booking is registered with Kominfo as a Private Electronic System Operator (PSE Lingkup Privat) under Indonesian e-commerce regulations.
Verified Partner Network
All Partner Institutions hold valid Indonesian medical licences and have signed a formal cooperation agreement with HealthBali.

We are a travel services provider
HealthBali sells Tourist Packages that include coordination and organisational services. We do not provide or resell medical services – the medical component is always delivered independently by the licensed Partner Institution.

HealthBali's liability is limited to the proper provision of coordination services. Liability for the quality, outcome, and consequences of medical services rests with the licensed Partner Institution.
