We do not provide medical services. All medical services are performed by licensed medical facilities, which are solely responsible for the quality and outcomes of such services.
Partner facilities may include: Klinik Pratama Krisna Medical Care; Kasih Ibu General Hospital Denpasar; PT Bymed Mitra Indonesia, and other licensed partners.
If a booking is cancelled after confirmation, the provider may apply a cancellation fee.
All clinical decisions are made exclusively by the licensed medical provider. The provider may adjust the care plan and pricing based on the client's condition upon arrival.
Home service is not an emergency service. If your condition is urgent or life-threatening, please contact emergency services or go to the nearest hospital.
Insurance reimbursement depends on your policy terms. Neither HealthBali nor the provider guarantees reimbursement. Medical documentation may be provided by the provider.

Common Causes of Bruising:- Double puncture: During the IV insertion, both the skin and vein are punctured. When the needle is removed, blood may escape into the surrounding tissue, causing a bruise.
- Individual anatomy and vein condition: Risk factors include the size, elasticity, and visibility of the veins, as well as the general condition of the blood vessels.
- Moving the arm too soon: Early movement of the arm after needle removal can increase the risk of blood leaking into the tissue.
- Apply firm pressure: After the needle is removed, press firmly on the injection site for 5–10 minutes.
- Keep the bandage on: Do not remove the adhesive bandage for at least 30 minutes.
- Avoid strain on the arm: Refrain from lifting heavy objects or driving for at least 15–20 minutes after the procedure. Even light activity can sometimes lead to swelling or more extensive bruising.
