How fast can a nurse arrive?
In most areas of Bali (Seminyak, Kuta, Canggu, Ubud, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran) our average arrival time is 30–45 minutes. Remote areas may take slightly longer. We'll give you an estimated time when you confirm via WhatsApp.
What's included in an IV drip?
Depending on the drip type: saline or Ringer's lactate base fluid, electrolytes, vitamins (B-complex, C, B12), anti-nausea, anti-pain, or antibiotic medications as needed. All supplies are sterile and single-use.
Do you accept insurance?
We provide detailed receipts and medical reports suitable for insurance reimbursement claims. We do not bill insurance directly, so payment is upfront. We recommend checking with your travel insurer — most cover emergency home medical care.
