We are a travel services provider

HealthBali operates as a travel services provider in the field of medical tourism. We sell Tourist Packages that include coordination and organisational services. We do not provide or resell medical services – the medical component is always delivered independently by the licensed Partner Institution.

Information is not medical advice

All content on this website is purely informational. Nothing constitutes a medical recommendation, diagnosis, or treatment guidance. Always consult a qualified physician for medical decisions.

Medical services by partners

All medical services are delivered exclusively by licensed Partner Institutions. HealthBali is not a party to the medical relationship – the medical contract is exclusively between you and the Partner Institution.

Prices are indicative

Prices shown on this website are indicative and may differ from actual prices at the Partner Institution. The final price for your booking is confirmed in writing as pre-agreed pricing before any payment – this is the price you'll actually pay.

Emergency situations

HealthBali does not provide emergency medical assistance. In case of a life-threatening emergency, contact Indonesian emergency services directly

Liability is limited

HealthBali's liability is limited to the proper provision of coordination services. Liability for the quality, outcome, and consequences of medical services rests with the Partner Institution as the licensed medical provider.
