What is the difference between a nurse visit and a doctor visit?
A nurse visit is faster and lower cost – suitable for straightforward cases where you know what you need. A doctor visit includes a full clinical examination, diagnosis, and the ability to prescribe medication. Importantly, only a doctor visit produces an official medical report – which most travel insurance companies require to process a reimbursement claim. If insurance matters to you, choose the Doctor Visit option.
What's inside the IV drip?
Drip composition is determined by the attending medical professional based on your condition. Typical formulas may include saline solution, electrolytes, vitamins or medications. All components are pharmaceutical-grade. You will be informed of the exact composition before treatment starts.
I was bitten by a monkey or dog – what should I do?
Animal bites in Bali require immediate medical attention for rabies post-exposure assessment. Please contact us via WhatsApp or go to the nearest clinic or hospital as soon as possible. Time matters in these cases — do not wait.
