Whole-Body MRI is a comprehensive magnetic resonance imaging examination that provides detailed images of the body from the head to the mid-thigh in a single session. The examination uses magnetic fields and radio waves and does not involve ionizing radiation.
Whole-Body MRI may be recommended as part of a comprehensive health assessment or for individuals with an increased risk of certain diseases, including selected oncological conditions, based on a physician’s assessment.

Procedure
The examination takes approximately 60 minutes.
During the scan, the patient lies comfortably inside the MRI scanner while detailed images are obtained using magnetic fields and radiofrequency waves. The procedure is painless and does not involve radiation.
For patients with certain metallic implants or prostheses, a 1.5T MRI system may be recommended following medical evaluation.
